2024 Annual Review design for client PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation. PIDC provides financing and real estate products to businesses, nonprofits, and developers in all neighborhoods of Philadelphia.
Collaborated with internal creative manager and key stakeholders to produce this 32-page report for print and web usage. This comprehensive document consists of leadership messaging, summary of services, financial impact numbers, client testimonials, and more. Throughout the year, PIDC remained focused on fueling the city’s growth — supporting small businesses, advancing real estate development, expanding access to capital, and strengthening communities.
